1. Introduction
Our website, https://crawlwith.us (hereinafter: "the website") uses cookies and other related technologies (for convenience all technologies are referred to as "cookies"). Cookies are also placed by third parties we have engaged. In the document below we inform you about the use of cookies on our website.
We do not sell or share personal information to third parties for monetary consideration; however, we may disclose certain personal information to third parties under circumstances that might be deemed a “sale” or ”Sharing” for residents of California (CPRA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Delaware (PDPA), Indiana (ICDPA), Iowa (CDPA), Kentucky (KCDPA), Maryland (MODPA), Minnesota (MCDPA), Montana (MCDPA), Nebraska (DPA), Nevada (NRS 603A), New Hampshire (DPA), New Jersey (DPL), Oregon (OCPA), Rhode Island (DTPPA), Tennessee (TIPA), Texas (TDPSA), Utah (UCPA) and Virginia (CDPA). We respect and understand that you may want to be sure that your personal information is not being sold or shared. You may request that we exclude your personal information from such arrangements, or direct us to limit the use and disclosure of possible sensitive personal information, by entering your name and email address below. You may need to provide additional identifying information before we can process your request.
2. Cookies
When you visit our website it can be necessary to store and/or read certain data from your device by using technologies such as cookies.
2.1 Technical or functional cookies
Some cookies ensure that certain parts of the website work properly and that your user preferences remain known. By placing functional cookies, we make it easier for you to visit our website. This way, you do not need to repeatedly enter the same information when visiting our website and, for example, the items remain in your shopping cart until you have paid. We may place these cookies without your consent.
2.2 Statistics cookies
We use statistics cookies to see how visitors use our website, such as which pages are visited and how people found us. We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for this. Clarity records how visitors scroll and click on a page so we can find and fix problems. You can turn statistics cookies off in section 4.1 below.
2.3 Advertising cookies
On this website we use advertising cookies, enabling us to gain insights into the campaign results. They also let us show our ads to people who have visited our website, on services such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. You can turn these cookies off in section 4.1 below, or with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of every page.
2.4 Marketing/Tracking cookies
Marketing/Tracking cookies are cookies or any other form of local storage, used to create user profiles to display advertising or to track the user on this website or across several websites for similar marketing purposes.
When you buy a ticket on our website, our server may also report the purchase to Meta so we can measure our ads. The report includes the order value, currency and order number, the event and the number of tickets, and these details about you: email address, phone number, first and last name, date of birth, gender, city, state, ZIP code and country. Phone number, date of birth, gender, city, state and ZIP code are included only when the ticket checkout asked for them. All of these details about you are scrambled (hashed with SHA-256) before they are sent. The report also includes your IP address and your browser's user agent (a line of text naming your browser and operating system), which are not scrambled, and the Meta click and browser IDs stored in your browser's cookies. To include your IPv6 address, the page asks the public service ipify.org for it when you complete your order. We don't do this for purchases made after you've opted out in this browser. A Do Not Sell or Share request made with your email address on this page also stops our server's reports of purchases made with that email address, including purchases made directly on eventbrite.com. To stop tracking in a browser, turn off marketing cookies in section 4.1 in that browser.
2.5 Social media
Our website links to our pages on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and X (formerly Twitter). These are ordinary links: we do not embed posts, videos or share buttons from these networks on our pages. If you follow a link, that network's own privacy statement applies. The Meta and TikTok advertising pixels are described in sections 2.3 and 2.4.
3. Placed cookies
Most of these technologies have a function, a purpose, and an expiration period.
- A function is a particular task a technology has. So a function can be to "store certain data."
- Purpose is "the Why" behind the function. Maybe the data is stored because it is needed for statistics.
- The expiration period shows the length of the period the used technology can “store or read certain data."
4. Browser and Device based Consent
We do not show a cookie pop-up. Statistics and marketing cookies are on by default, and you can turn them off at any time in section 4.1 below or with the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. Your choice is saved in this browser only, so if you clear your cookies or switch browser or device, please set it again.

Please note that our website may not work properly if all cookies are disabled. If you delete the cookies in your browser, they may be placed again when you visit our website again, unless you opt out again.
